Valentine’s Evening with Tuck & Patti

Following the worldwide success of Tuck & Patti's 1988 release of their first CD, Tears of Joy, the duo have continued their lifetime dedication to exploring what can be done with just a voice and guitar. Often defying classification in any one genre, Tuck's complex guitar playing and Patti's ability to touch hearts with her soft but powerful voice, has left critics scrambling, and jazz buffs and music lovers alike in awe of their talent. A magical rapport between the guitar virtuoso and his wife—an accomplished self-taught vocalist, composer and arranger—makes for a very moving performance of their interpretations of jazz and soul classics or pop gems—like Cyndi Lauper's Time After Time—as well as original compositions. As is their and Kuumbwa's tradition, the duo will be showcasing their love for music and to each other in a live performance on Valentines Day.
