Yoga Happy Hour!

Join us for a Yoga Happy Hour - a playful level 1/2 Hatha Yoga class with a sensual twist. Come dressed in your usual yoga attire (room will not be heated), and don't forget to bring a mat!

Instructor: Amy Baldwin is a Santa Cruz native with a passion for inspiring empowerment through embodiment while promoting sexual health and well-bring. Amy is a Certified Sex Educator, Urban Tantra instructor, and Sacred Sexuality workshop facilitator. She received her 200 hour YTT in Hatha Yoga from Rishikesh Yog Dham in India, November, 2015. Her yoga classes emphasize mindful body awareness, alignment, and sensual Tantric breathing - all with a sense of play.
