Who: Santa Cruz Yacht Club invites you!
 
When: August 11, 2019
You can enter a boat in the reverse start course, watch the race as you sail on the Chardonnay II or attend the dinner & party. There will also be live music, a silent auction, and a raffle.

Where: Santa Cruz Yacht Club, Lower Harbor
Sailing takes place from 1-3pm, followed by a catered dinner at 3:30pm

Here’s how to get involved!

• Skipper/Sailor - $75 gets to register your boat and/or be a Sailor and receive + 3 Raffle Tickets + Dinner
• Crew/Participant - $40 gets you a space on one of the Regatta Racing Boats + Dinner (must know by 8/1 to secure a spot!)
• Chardonnay- $55 gets you a space on the Chardonnay II + Dinner

Why: Raise money for BBBS
Currently, we have 55 kids on the waiting list for a mentor - that's too many!!! At the heart of BBBS’s mission is its commitment to help youth believe in themselves and what they can accomplish.  We can’t do it without your help!

$100 Raffle Prize: 2 Equal Prizes Awarded. A 7-day stay at the Exclusive Orange Tree Resort in Scottsdale AZ. Ability to trade for another Shell Vacations time share resort with over 24 locations in North America, Canada, Hawaii and Mexico. Each Grand Prize includes $1,500 cash for airfare or spending.

$10 Raffle Prize Examples: Gift Cards to the following; Staff of Life, Woodworm, Pacific Wave , Pottery Planet and Pacific Edge Climbing Gym. Items: Hat from The Hat Company, boogie boards, and wine. More items will be added as we get closer to the Regatta.

Since 1982 Big Brothers Big Sisters have served over 6,500 at-risk youth, by matching them to screened and trained adult volunteers who provide guidance, emotional support, and role modeling.
