Be the Difference Awards

Join the Volunteer Center and our sponsors at the 13th Annual Be the Difference Awards on Thursday, October 10th from 11:30- 1:30 PM at the Cocoanut Grove Ballroom in Santa Cruz as we honor the top 50 individuals, groups, nonprofits, and businesses who do the most to transform our community through volunteerism.

Every day volunteers lift up our community by investing their time, talent, and resources to improve our collective quality of life. We are incredibly lucky to be surrounded by so many extraordinary folks who care deeply about where we live. Don't miss your chance to say thank you!

Each year this event attracts nearly 400 individuals, community leaders, business representatives and local trail-blazers for good. We think you should be among them. 

Join us as we celebrate the top 50 nominees and 6 winners who have been selected for special honors. We are thrilled to work with KION 46/CBS again this year to highlight their stories.

Lunch, celebratory words, and plenty of inspiration will be provided.
