Cowell Beach Tobacco Butt Cleanup and Art Event

Sick of seeing cigarette butts on our local beaches? This unique cleanup and art event, co-sponsored by Save Our Shores and the Santa Cruz County Tobacco Education Coalition, focusses on cleaning them up -- for good. Participants will replace each cigarette butt they find with a BIG wood or foamcore replica, so show local policy makers just how big a problem tobacco waste really is!
