First Friday- Scientific Illustration

How do you capture the bright colors of a butterfly, or the details in a feather? Explore our annual The Art of Nature exhibit and meet with artists from the California Guild of Natural Science Illustrators who will be demonstrating their impressive illustration techniques throughout the night. Enjoy light refreshments and become an artist yourself while drawing museum specimens at our Illustration Station. Part of Santa Cruz’s monthly First Friday Art Tour.
