Project Homeless Connect

Project Homeless Connect is a one day event that focuses on each aspect of homelessness, providing everything from California identification and disability benefits to clean socks and a warm meal. Volunteers are needed to help provide these services! As a volunteer you will be making a positive impact in reducing homelessness in Santa Cruz by working directly with organizations and the homeless, assisting homeless clients in navigating available services, and helping them decide what services they'd like to recieve and access them. PHC is a great way to give back to the city and connect with the community.
