The action is at Steamer Lane as paddle surfers flock to Santa Cruz for this competition featuring surf kayaks, stand up paddle boards and waveskis. Events also include a friendly surf competition at Cowell Beach and a paddleboard race from Cowell Beach to the Small Craft Harbor.
