About Stagnaro Bros. 80th Anniversary Celebration featuring 1937 Prices

Join Stagnaro Bros. as they celebrate their 80th anniversary on the Santa Cruz Wharf!

In honor of this milestone occasion, the restaurant will be offering a special menu featuring the original 1937 prices. Yes, that means that their famous fish and shellfish—grilled, charbroiled, deep fried or steamed—will be just $8.00 per serving, and all of their traditional sides and hearty salads are less than $8.00.

HISTORY OF STAGNARO BROS...

The Stagnaro family has owned and operated Stagnaro Bros. Restaurant and Fish Market since 1937. At the young ages of 24 and 17 respectively, John and Ernie, with the help of a small loan from their mother Theresa, managed to open and maintain a small seafood market and cocktail room throughout the Great Depression and WWII. Their perseverance allowed them to expand and eventually add a restaurant and wholesale component to their company.

Today, the Stagnaro family continues the tradition of providing the same quality service and the largest selection of fresh and frozen seafood in the county.
