Here is what you will get:
• Practice with various techniques for fitting whole foods, plant-based meal preparation into your life
• Introduction to shortcut ingredients and techniques
• An understanding of the value of "throw-togethers," "planned-overs," and "make-aheads"
• Experience trying some of the techniques to create and share a meal in community
• Recipes, as well as techniques and encouragement for creative, spontaneous, off-recipe food preparation adventures
